Compounds schisandrin A, schisandrol A, schisandrin, schisandrol B, schisandrin C, schisantherin A, schisanhenol, gomisin J, gomisin D, and gomisin G were purchased from Sichuan Weikeqi Company (Chengdu, Sichuan, China). The purity of these compounds was above 95%. All other reagents were of HPLC grade or of the highest grade commercially available.

The kidney cells of channel catfish (CC-K) was gained from Prof. Lingbing Zeng

from the Yangtze River Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of

Fishery Sciences (Wuhan, China). Curcumin, demethoxycurcumin,

bisdemethoxycurcumin, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetnic acid, taxol, rotenone, saponin,

sanguinarium chloride, quercetin, schisandrol B, schisandrin A, schisandrin B,

schisandrol A, schisantherin A, genistein, artemisinin, chlorogenic acid, toosendanin,

hyericin, baicalein, baicalin, ginkgolide A, ligustilide, dihydroartemisinin, oxymatrine

and matrine were obtained from Weikeqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (China), and the

purity of all natural products ≥ 98%. Rifampicin and erythromycin was purchased

from Beijing Solarbio Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China).

Schisandra Lignan Extract (SLE) powder containing SolA (6.56%), SolB(2.23%), StnA (0.13%), SinA (0.97%) and SinB (2.61%) was purchasedfrom Hanzhong Natural Valley Biotechnology Co. Ltd (Shanxi, China).The standards of SolA, SolB, StnA, SinA and SinB (≥98% purity) and lovastatin (internal standard) were purchased from Weikeqi Biotech-nology Co. Ltd (Sichuan, China). Collagenase I and HPLC‐grade metha-nol were purchased from Sigma‐Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA).

Schisandra chinensis lignans（SCL,purity> 95%）was purchased from Weikeqi Biological Technology Company, Ltd (Sichuan, China).Human adrenal pheochromocytoma cells (PC12) was purchased from Shanghai Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
